These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made on aryahbeauty.com, operated by Aryah Beauty LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of California, United States of America.

Aryah Beauty LLC sells beauty and skincare products, including the Skin Glow® Serum Tint Balm and related products. All products are described as accurately as possible on the website. We reserve the right to modify our product range at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Aryah Beauty LLC reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase. Current promotions and discounts, including our 30% OFF offer, are applied automatically at checkout and do not require a discount code.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders can be placed directly on aryahbeauty.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and that the information provided is accurate. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards. All orders placed before 11:59 PM CET are processed on the same business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon receipt of your order confirmation email.
5. Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
— Orders in South Africa are delivered within 3 to 5 business days from our warehouse in Johannesburg. — Orders worldwide are delivered within 7 to 10 business days from our overseas warehouse.
We may notify you if we expect to exceed the estimated delivery date. However, Aryah Beauty LLC cannot be held liable for any loss or damages resulting from a delivery delay. It is possible that we may be unable to deliver to certain locations. In such cases, we will inform you and the order will be canceled and fully refunded.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available. If you have not received your order within 10 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@aryahbeauty.com with your name and order number.
7. Bundles & Promotions
Aryah Beauty LLC offers the following bundle deals, automatically applied at checkout:

No discount code is required. Free items are identical to the purchased product. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
8. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aryahbeauty.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. Once processed, please allow up to 3 additional days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
9. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@aryahbeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you as quickly as possible to find a satisfactory solution.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on aryahbeauty.com, including images, text, logos, and product descriptions, is the exclusive property of Aryah Beauty LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
Aryah Beauty LLC cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
