Shipping policy

All orders placed before 11:59 PM CET are processed on the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping

We aim to deliver orders in Sweden within 3-5 business days from our warehouse in Stockholm.
We aim to deliver orders worldwide within 7-10 business days from our Stockholm warehouse.

We may notify you if we expect to exceed the expected delivery date, but we are not liable to you for any loss, liability, costs, damages, or expenses arising from any delay in delivery, as far as legally permitted.

It is possible that we may be unable to deliver to certain areas. In such cases, we will inform you and ensure that the order is canceled and refunded, or delivered to another address confirmed by you.

The risk of the product passes to you upon delivery, unless the delivery is delayed due to your failure to fulfill your obligations. The risk passes on the date delivery would have occurred if you had fulfilled your obligations.

If you are unable to accept delivery, the carrier may leave a card with instructions for a new delivery or collection.

How Can I Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@aryahbeauty.com with your name and order number.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and meets our return policy. We will refund the full amount of the order.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@aryahbeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.
